A little bit about me...
Hi! I’m Marlene Westbrook, the COO of Upscale Casual Restaurant Group, which I founded with my husband, Harrison, in 2010.
Prior to Upscale, I earned a law degree from Harvard University and returned to New York to practice alongside my father immediately upon graduation.
My family and I split our time between New York City and South Florida. I’m deeply involved in both communities. I’m an art lover who enjoys serving on the board of trustees at Metropolitan Museum of Art and Boca Raton Museum of Art. I also serve on several other civic committees.
Our Story
It all started with a passion for pizza and burgers. Growing up in New York City, Harrison was surrounded by delicious food at every corner. He couldn’t get enough of the cheesy, saucy goodness that came out of the pizza parlors and the juicy, perfectly cooked burgers at mom-and-pop diners. As he got older, Harrison found himself dreaming of opening his own pizza and burger joint.
Harrison and Marlene knew that starting their own restaurant group was going to be a challenge, especially in a city with so many options. But they were determined and took a leap of faith and bought their first restaurant, Renato’s.
Responding to customer inquiries, they decided to expand into the burger business. They struck a deal to acquire Prime Time Burgers.
Years went by, and Westbrook’s pizza and Prime Time Burger empire continued to grow. They now have ten restaurants in New York, Long Island and in South Florida serving a loyal following of customers, and a reputation for quality and consistency.

You’re experiencing a slice of our family’s heritage, rich with tradition and a commitment to quality, passed down for generations. Our humble beginnings start in Little Italy, where our grandparents opened up the first pizzeria in the neighborhood. Their passion for bringing people together around a delicious pie inspired us to keep it in the family, and we’ve been carrying on the legacy ever since.
Our cherished recipes are a direct reflection of our family’s Italian roots, and there’s nothing more important to us than sharing our love for food with our customers. From the tomatoes we use in our sauce to the fresh mozzarella we hand-stretch every morning, every ingredient is selected with care.
